Since 2009, Nicole has graced kitchens as an Executive Chef—from Barcelona to San Francisco to New York City.
Nicole intertwines the flavors she experienced and knowledge she acquired throughout her travels and tastes around the world to create unique multicultural dishes and colorful menus.
