"Nicole prepared an amazing variety of food for our buffet dinner for 30 people. She exceeded all expectations with a beautiful and creative presentation. Everything was delicious and she added to our menu a few welcome and unexpected surprises, including some local oysters. Her passion for what she does is very evident, she has a lovely, easygoing manner and enjoys interacting with people. Communications were always clear and timely. We are already planning another event with her and can't wait!"
